(( Yuck N Yum says, The Yuck 'n Yum team have all recovered from the craziness of the AGK and are now back to doing what they do best, which is making zines! The autumn 2012 issue of Yuck 'n Yum is almost with us and features amazeboobs (we're hoping this word catches on) work from Morgan Cahn, Mark Wallace, Serra Tansel, Luke Drozd and Hannah Harkes – to name but a few! So come and join us between 7pm and 9pm at the Hannah Maclure Centre, Dundee, where there will be live music from the Weeds and refreshments... and FREE ZINES! and BADGES!  ))

Skotlanti Workshop

23/10/2012 - Ivor Cutler Skotlanti class at Myllykankaan School with Sanna Kaupi - we all listened to some Ivor Cutler poetry and a finnish translation of Ivor Cutler then we drew pictures that reflected Ivor Cutler's words and at the same time we learnt all about thistles, haggis, neeps and tatties, brogues, the highland games, plein brid, bagpipes, reels, dykes, scots pine, blackhouses, the failings of the British education system and the government and inequality in the U.K. - more information --->

finished the first 38 drawings that make up part one of the Oodelleeen Ya Oodelleen series

a visual language adaptation of the 1999 Aku Ankka comic strip Uudelleen ja uudelleen translated for non-finnish-speakers. these and something like them or maybe not these but something like them but maybe these also alongside something like them will be on the walls of Bar 9, Helsinki from february 9th to march 6th, 2013
